Easy dinner salad
Generally I love all types of salads. Meat + salad makes a perfect dinner :D
Here is a proposal for a simple, easy-to-do salad, you can experiment with adding different ingredients in different proportions so the taste will be always a little bit variant;) I named this one ‘a’la Greek’ as the ingredients are similar to those in traditional Greek salad.
To prepare this salad you’ll need:
- 1/2 Chinese cabbage – chopped
- 2 tomatoes – diced
- 1/2 pepper – diced
- 1/2 red onion – diced
- 1/2 cup green olives – halved
- paprika – herbal sauce
To make a sauce mix together:
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp
- pinch of pepper
Dice tomatoes, paprika and onion, add halves of olives and chopped cabbage. Prepare the sauce.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add the sauce 10 minutes before eating.
