National Parks of Utah
We saw most of National Parks of Utah. Let me describe our trip day by day, in pictures :)
Day 1 – Salt lake City
2hrs flight from Seattle to Salt Lake City. We rented our Jeep, drove to hotel and prepared for the trip next day :)
Day 2 – Bonneville Salt Flats
Bonneville Salt Flats were really cool and quite unexpected. Just fields with salt… amazing!
Day 3&4 – Capitol Reef National Park
Our first canyons! We met with our friends there and started real adventure ;)
Day 5 – Bryce National Park
Bryce looks like a castle a bit. We had 3 hrs walk there and it was really cool.
Day 6&7 – Zion National Park
Zion is the park we liked most! It’s so green and beautiful. Here is a picture of me in Narrows – path that was leading through canyon filled with water. Interesting experience. It was veeery hot so the water was refreshing :)
Day 8&9 – Grand Canyon, South Rim, Arizona
We saw both South Rim of the Grand Canyon in Arizona and North Rim in Utah. Grand Canyon is nice but.. not really accessible. It’s huge so you can’t just have a walk. It takes a whole day to get to the bottom of it. It was however great to see it live!
US are so beautiful. No wonder US people don’t need to travel abroad. They have everything! Mountains, ocean, beaches, deserts. And all of these are huge :)
