In my version, this paste consists of 2 separate pastes actually – tuna & egg
• 1 tin of tuna in vegetable oil
• ¼ cup onion
• ½ cup paprika
• ¼ t sp. hot pepper powder
Mix everything together.
• 5 hard-boiled eggs – chopped them into small cubes or crushed
• ½ cup chive
• 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
• 2 tsp. mustard
• Pepper, salt
My recommendation is to eat this paste with dark bread and lettuce. It looks nice when the first layer on the bread is egg paste and the second tuna paste – all decorated with green olive.
